Privacy policy
Last updated 3 October 2026. In short: we gather very little, and your game data never leaves your browser.
Who is responsible
For personal data arising from use of lottoit.com, the controller is Little Fair. Contact: hello@lottoit.com. Our handling of data follows the EU's GDPR and Finland's Data Protection Act.
What stays in your browser
The site saves three small items in your browser's local storage: your answer to the age question, your nickname with your coin balance, and whether you have dismissed the storage note. The site needs them to work. They are never sent to us, and you can remove them by signing out or clearing your browser data. The cookie policy lists the exact keys.
Server logs
As with any website, our server receives technical details when a page is requested: your IP address, the page asked for, the time, your browser's user-agent and the referring page. We use these logs only to keep the site running and safe, for example to find errors and stop abuse. We rely on legitimate interest, GDPR Article 6(1)(f), to run a secure website. Logs are kept only as long as those purposes need and are then deleted. They are processed for us by our hosting provider.
If you email us
We use your address and message to reply, and keep the exchange only as long as it takes to deal with it. Our legal basis is a legitimate interest in answering you.
What we leave out
- Accounts, passwords and payment details.
- Analytics, advertising and tracking cookies, and any script or font fetched from another server.
- Selling or sharing personal data for marketing.
Your rights
You may ask to see your personal data, have it corrected or erased, limit or object to how it is handled, and receive it in a portable form where that applies. Email hello@lottoit.com to use these rights.
You can also take a complaint to the supervisory authority. In Finland, the authority is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto): tietosuoja.fi.
Children
The site is for adults. We do not knowingly gather data about anyone under 18.
Updates
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date above.
