Responsible play
Think of Little Fair as a short stroll, never a way to make money. Below is how we keep it that way, and who to call if gambling stops being fun.
How the site is built
- We ask your age first. The site is for adults, 18 and over.
- There is no real money at all: no deposits, no purchases, no withdrawals, no prizes.
- Coins mean nothing outside the site and can't be traded or exchanged.
- When your purse runs low we refill it, so there is never a reason to chase a loss.
- We carry no ads for real-money gambling and set no tracking or advertising cookies.
- Every game explains its payouts up front.
Looking after your own play
- Pick a time limit before you begin, and stop when it's up.
- Step away now and then. Stretch, drink some water, look at something far off.
- Skip it when you're tired, upset or have been drinking.
- Let games be one small part of the day, next to people, sleep and hobbies.
- Remember that every result is random. A lucky or unlucky run tells you nothing about the next one, or about real-money gambling.
When it may be a problem
Consider taking a step back if you notice that you:
- spend longer or more than you planned to;
- think about gambling often, or feel restless when you can't play;
- gamble to get away from worry, stress or a low mood;
- keep going to recover what you have lost;
- hide gambling from family or friends, or quarrel about it;
- run short of money or miss bills because of gambling.
Help in Finland
Peluuri offers free, confidential support to people who gamble and to those around them. Call 0800 100 101 (Monday to Friday, 12 to 18), use the chat (Monday to Friday, 12 to 15) or go to peluuri.fi.
EHYT, the Finnish Association for Substance Abuse Prevention, also runs information and support on gambling and other addictions: ehyt.fi.
If someone is in immediate danger, call 112.
For parents
Little Fair is not for anyone under 18. If children share your devices, switch on the parental controls built into your phone, tablet or browser, such as Google Family Link, Apple Screen Time or Microsoft Family Safety, and keep your own browser profile separate. Peluuri also gives advice to parents who are worried about a young person's gaming or gambling.
