Terms of use
Last updated 3 October 2026.
Who these terms are with
This site, lottoit.com, is run by Little Fair (“we”, “us”). You can email us at hello@lottoit.com.
If you use the site, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please leave.
You must be 18 or older
The site is for adults. When you confirm your age at the gate, you are telling us you are at least 18.
Pretend coins, no real money
- The games are entertainment only and use virtual coins.
- Coins are free. They can't be bought, sold, handed on, withdrawn or exchanged for money, goods, services or cryptocurrency, and they hold no value outside the site.
- Nothing here costs money, so there are no in-app purchases, and nothing of real-world value is handed out.
- Playing well here doesn't mean you would do well at real-money gambling.
Your nickname and coins
Your nickname and coin count live only in your browser. Clear your browser data, switch browser or device, or sign out, and they are gone for good; we can't bring them back. We may change the opening balance, the top-up rule or the games at any time.
Pick a nickname that is not offensive, misleading, or someone else's name or trademark.
Fair use
Please don't disrupt or overload the site, try to break it, copy it wholesale or use it for anything unlawful. If you edit your own coin balance in your browser, that affects only your copy and carries no value.
How results work
Results are random and calculated inside your browser. The rules and payouts for each game are on its page. If a round is interrupted, for example by a page reload mid-spin, it may be lost. Since coins hold no value, nothing is owed in return.
Ownership
The design, wording, artwork and code of the site belong to Little Fair unless a note says otherwise. The typefaces are used under their open licences.
Availability and liability
The site is free and comes as it is. We may change, pause or close it whenever we choose. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using the site or being unable to. Nothing here removes rights you hold under mandatory consumer law.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and carrying on after a change means you accept it.
